• Q) Do I need to sign up if I want photos?
  • A) Yes! We only photograph gymnasts who sign up and pay
  • Q) My gymnast was not able to compete on all 4 events, do I need to pay the full price?
  • A)If you’re signing up at the event, initially you’ll pay the full price, but we will retroactively refund you for any events they did not compete on (25% per event). We do this for injuries, illness, scratches, or if they are specializing. We usually process the refund at the same time as we send out your photos, so it may take a few weeks.
  • Q) Q) When will I get my photos?
  • A) Within 4 weeks of the end of the event. Once the event is over, we go home and begin the long process of correcting all the photos for lighting, color, and anything else necessary so that you have the highest quality photos possible. We spend about an hour per gymnast on processing and uploading photos – so when we’re photographing hundreds of gymnasts, that of course equals hundreds of hours after the meet. We do not withhold photos when we’re done though, so as soon as yours have been completed, we will email you. It’s possible you’ll get yours as soon as a few days after the meet if you’re one of the first gymnasts we process.
  • Q) How many photos will I get?
  • A) If your gymnast is competing on all 4 events, you’ll typically end up with at least 250-500 photos.
  • Q) Do I get photos of just my gymnast?
  • A) Yes! We take care of sorting out who is who, so you only receive your pics!
